How do I choose the correct size for my dog?
Kindly measure your dog’s chest girth and back length, then check the size chart listed on each product detail page. Our clothes are tailored for small breeds such as Maltese, Schnauzer, Pomeranian and Chihuahua. Plump pets are suggested to order one size up for a looser fit.
Are the pet clothes comfortable and skin-friendly?
All our garments are handmade with high-quality cotton, breathable polyester and soft knitted yarn. The fabric is lightweight, non-irritating and does not cause itching or allergies for pets.
Can the dog clothes be machine washed?
- Cotton shirts, vests: Gentle machine washable, cold water only
- Knit sweaters & decorative items: Hand wash recommended
All items need to be air-dried naturally, avoid high-temperature dryer and strong sunlight to prevent deformation and fading.
How long is the order processing time?
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1–3 working days after payment. Handmade items with special details may take up to 3–5 working days. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
How long can I receive my package?
- Standard international shipping: 12–25 business days for US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia
- Expedited shipping: 5–10 business days (extra shipping fee required)
Delivery time may be slightly delayed during peak shopping seasons.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $69. Orders below $69 will calculate a flat shipping rate automatically at checkout.
Will I need to pay customs duties?
International shipments may incur import duties, VAT or customs clearance fees charged by the local customs department. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in our product price or shipping fee.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once the package is dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your registered email address. You can track logistics status on the official shipping website.
Do you support wholesale orders?
Yes. We offer wholesale discounts for bulk purchases, mixed styles and mixed sizes are acceptable. Minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Please submit the inquiry form on our Wholesale page for detailed price list.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached. The buyer needs to cover the return shipping cost. Sale items and customized products are non-refundable.
Can you add custom brand labels on the clothes?
Custom woven labels or hang tags are available for large wholesale orders with extra production cost. Please contact us in advance for details.
What if the item is missing or damaged upon arrival?
Please take clear photos of the package outer box and damaged products within 48 hours after receiving, send them to our customer service email. We will solve the problem via reshipment or partial refund accordingly.
Will the clothes block my dog’s movement when running or playing?
All our patterns are tailored according to the daily activity range of small dogs. Loose cutting will not restrict running, jumping and going to the toilet, very suitable for daily outdoor walking.
Do the vests have a ring hole for harness leash?
Most of our outer vests and jackets reserve a small hole on the back for attaching the traction hook, convenient for daily walking.
Can I change the shipping address after payment?
Address modification is acceptable only before the order is shipped. Once the parcel is dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address anymore. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you need adjustment.
